RC10gt-2
Kit and conversion has complete instructions detailing the
conversion. Comes with everything you need minus fuel, 12 aa
batteries, 1 D battery, and paint for the body. Available as an
EDM or Late Model - your choice. Don't let the cost fool you this
car runs great, and maybe the cheapest way to get started racing Dirt
Oval. This car is complete with Radio, .15 AE motor which
is PA Nitro tour legal (IMO one of the best motors ever made),
Body, Rubber tires and wheels. You do the math, you can get
that much invested to run a gas truck after you purchase a new
body and wheels and tires for it.
How
competitive is the car? I ran only one race with this car - it was
the pa nitro tour race at Staubs. There were 30 late models the
car qualified 6th, I have never spent any time with the car and I
think with some focus on setup it could be a car capable of
winning. I have recently installed a slipper eliminator and a 44
tooth spur gear with a 27 pinion - giving me a final ratio of a
6.6 - although I have yet to run it.
